Terms of Service

These terms apply to the txinTrade cloud service, remote access and this website, operated by Hsin Chuan Huang (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The app

The txinTrade desktop app is open-source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. That license, not these terms, governs your use, copying and modification of the app’s source code. The txinTrade name and logo are trademarks and are not covered by that license.

Not financial advice

txinTrade produces analysis generated by AI models and calculations. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Trading crypto futures carries a high risk of loss, including more than your initial margin when using leverage. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are responsible for the results.

txinTrade never trades

txinTrade cannot place orders, close positions, change leverage or move funds. Connect exchanges with read-only keys only.

Your accounts with others

Analysis runs through your own AI account (such as Claude Code or Codex) and, if you connect them, your exchange accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

Your txinTrade account

You sign in with a Google account and must keep it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and on the computers you register for remote access. You must be at least 18 years old.

Subscriptions

Remote access is a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access others’ accounts or computers, to bypass limits or security, to overload the service, or to resell access.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Remote access requires your computer to be on and connected. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid services.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
