Privacy Policy
txinTrade is operated by Hsin Chuan Huang (“we”). This policy explains what data the txinTrade app, the txinTrade cloud service and this website handle.
The app keeps your data on your computer
The txinTrade desktop app stores your positions, preferences, analysis history, conversations and any keys you enter in a local database on your computer. We do not receive this data, and the app sends us no usage statistics.
To work, the app connects directly from your computer to:
- Your AI provider (Claude Code or Codex, under your own account). Each analysis sends the market data, your selected positions and your questions to that provider, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Market and economic data sources, such as Binance public market data and official U.S. statistics agencies. These requests contain no personal data.
- Exchanges you connect (Binance or BingX), using the read-only keys you provide, to read your positions.
The cloud service, if you sign in
Signing in is optional and only needed for remote access. When you sign in with Google, we store:
- An account identifier derived from your Google account, and your email address, display name and profile picture link as Google provides them.
- Sign-in sessions: when they were created and last used, the type of client and browser, and a one-way hash of each session token. We never store the tokens themselves.
- Computers you register for remote access: a label containing the computer’s name, and a one-way hash of its access token.
- Your remote access subscription status.
When you use remote access, your requests pass from your browser through our service to your computer, and the answers travel back the same way. We do not store the content of screens, reports or positions you view remotely. Results of short status commands are kept for at most 24 hours to deliver them reliably, then deleted.
Payments
When paid plans launch, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive your subscription status and billing records, never your full card details.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. The cloud service sets one essential cookie on api.txintrade.com to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Neither is used for advertising or analytics.
Service providers
The cloud service runs on Cloudflare, which processes network data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Google provides sign-in.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your cloud account data while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email support@txintrade.com; we will complete the request within 30 days. Data on your computer stays under your control: uninstalling txinTrade and deleting its data folder removes it.
Children
txinTrade is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date below.
